*No pets (under any circumstances).
*No Airb&b or short term rentals.
*No change of painting in the condo.
*Respect for the co-ownership by-law (building by-law given
at the lease signature).
*The number of occupants must respect the capacities of the
condo.

*The tenant must accept that credit check will be processed
by the listing broker.
*Previous rental references required.

*The lessor requires a deposit of $500 in the event of
breakage or other damage, refundable at the end of the term
if the premises are returned to their original state.

*The tenant will have to pay a cleaning fee of $150.
*The tenant must take out tenant liability insurance at the
date of the move-in and for the duration of occupancy.
*The tenant must validate whether his vehicle can be parked
in the garage.

Internet service with Videotron: if the tenant wishes to
