-Tenant must read and agree to the rules and regulations of
the building
-Proof of civil liability insurance (2 million) before
possession
-Conditional on verification of credit score reports as
well as consent to verify habit payment form, references if
necessary (at tenant's expense) to owner's satisfaction.
-The Tenant is to restore the unit to its initial condition
at the end of the lease
- Visiting rights; subject to 24 hours' notice (written or
verbal), the landlord or one of his representatives may
visit the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Notice will
be given before each
individual visit.
-The Tenant cannot paint or make any modifications without
the written permission of the owner
-The Tenant is not authorized to sublet in any way or
transfer without the written permission of the rental owner
-The tenant agrees to submit electronic transfers for the
entire duration
