1. Employment letter (salary, position, work since, status)

4. Tenants agree to complete a CORPIQ audit form.
5. Tenants agree to pay a deposit by e-transfer to KW

During the lease:
11. No animals.
12. The Tenant shall not, and shall not permit any person
to, use/grow/smoke/vape tobacco, cannabis or any other
illegal substance in any indoor part of the Premises,
Common Areas or the Property of which they form a part.
13. No Airbnb or similar short-term sublet will be
considered a repudiatory breach of the lease.
14. Tenants will be responsible for paying any penalties
due to their failure to comply with the
regulations and the declaration of co-ownership.
15. The tenant will also be responsible for paying any
costs due to the loss of keys or key fobs.
16. The tenant is not authorized to sublet or transfer a
lease without the written authorization of the owner and

End of lease:
17. At the end of the leased term, the unit must be
returned in the same condition as at the time of rental,
which includes all inclusions of the unit, as well as the
condition of the floor and walls of the property unit.
18. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
tenant MUST honor ALL viewing requests from all potential
new tenants, for which 48 hours notice will be given. The
same applies to visits by potential buyers in the event
