- The LESSEE shall return the property to the same level of
cleanliness as when first rented.

- The LESSEE will be required to pay for non-compliance
with the by-laws, the declaration of co-ownership or any
other costs caused by the loss of key or token.

- The LESSEE is responsible for the moving costs required
and payable to the Syndicate of the co-ownership.

- All appliances and furniture has be returned in the same
condition at the end of the lease

- If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
LESSEE MUST allow ALL visits requests for all potential new
tenants, for which 24 hours' notice will be given
