The initial term of the lease shall be for a maximum of
three years, as Naada's umbrella lease will be up for
renewal.

Subtenant shall agree to verification of creditworthiness
and provide professional references.

Sublessee will obtain and maintain throughout the rental
period, appropriate liability insurance naming Naada Yoga
as additional insured. Such insurance is a condition of
the lease and proof thereof must be provided to the Lessors
prior to occupation.

Sublessee access outside of Naada's regular opening hours
is to be discussed (for security purposes).
