During the Lease:

any other illegal substance in any interior part of the
premises, common areas or property of which he is part.
13. Airbnb or similar short-term subletting is PROHIBITED

Tenant is not permitted to sublet or assign a lease without

End of lease:
14. The tenant will also be responsible for the payment of
costs due to the loss of keys or key fobs.
15. At the end of the rental term, the unit must be
returned in the same condition as at the time of the

16. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
