The rental unit and all its inclusions shall be returned in
the state it was upon the signing of the lease ( except for
normal usage over time). It is forbidden to make any

to white.
The interior premises must be kept in order to warrant
pests.

Noise must be reduced after 10pm as the
occupant(s)downstairs work early in the morning and need to
get up at 5:30am.
No sublets without the written consent of the lessor.
No Airbnb.
There is a laundry room exclusive for the Lessee(s) and
designated storage. Circulation space should remain without
any obstruction (boxes, storage items etc.) in case of fire
or emergencies.
A deposit for the first months rent will be attached at the
signing of the lease. The deposit shall be used to pay the
first months rent.

The Lessor(s) have the right to lease 2033 Av de Clifton on
