Additional clauses:
Pre-Lease: Conditional to the following 1,2,3's report to
the full satisfaction of the owner.
1. Letter of employment (salary, position, work since,
status) and most recent pay stub with the cumulative amount
of earnings to date OR proof of funds.
2. Verification of tenant's credit report to the full
satisfaction of Landlord and consent to check payment
habits with previous landlord references.
3. The tenant agrees that the Landlord has the right to
perform an independent credit and payment history
verification with Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers
du Québec (CORPIQ).
4. The tenant must live in Maestria Tour 1 (Address: 1245
Rue de Bleury, Montréal, QC, H3B 0C2) or Maestria Tour 2
(Address: 1210 Rue Jeanne-Mance, Montréal, QC, H2X 1M1)
