Description

The site is located on chemin du Domaine-Millette, west of Lac-Gauthier. The site is just under 13 kilometers from downtown Mont-Tremblant. The site is approximately 18 kilometers from the Mont-Tremblant ski resort. The immediate vicinity of the site is uniquely developed along the shores of Lac Gauthier. The municipality of Mont-Tremblant is approximately 136 kilometers from downtown Montréal.

The land is a bulk lot of 7,242,630 square feet (67.3
hectares). The terrain is somewhat mountainous in its
southeastern portion. It is, however, relatively flat over
most of its area. According to Ducks Unlimited's mapping
data, the site has a few wetlands, i.e. small marshes.
These are present on less than 10% of the site's surface
area.

The land immediately adjacent to the site is undeveloped,
with the exception of the land bordering Lac Gauthier.
Given its proximity to Lac-Gauthier and chemin du
Domaine-Millette, a short-term development horizon is
conceivable.
