Sherbrooke

Sherbrooke is a city in southern Quebec, located in the administrative center of Estrie at the meeting point of the Saint-François and Magog rivers.

It is the sixth-largest city in the province of Quebec and the thirty-first-largest in all of Canada. It is now the 19th largest metropolitan region in Canada and the fourth largest in Quebec.

Sherbrooke, the capital of the Eastern Townships, is characterized by its uneven hills and valleys and plateau landscape. Historic examples of the anglophone community’s contribution to the growth of the city include the Domaine Howard and the renowned Bishop’s University campus.

Sherbrooke is divided into six distinct boroughs, with Mont-Bellevue being one of the stylish places to live and hang out. Both Université de Sherbrooke and the city’s central business district are based here. Mont Bellevue Park, the biggest park in the city, is also located there. Due to the excellent winter leisure activities, this is usually ranked among the top destinations in Sherbrooke. You may spend the summer at Parc Jacques-Cartier, which is close to Carrefour de l’Estrie, the largest retail center in the city.
