In the Canadian province of Quebec’s Estrie, the city of Farnham is part of the Brome-Missisquoi Regional County Municipality. The city had a population of about 10,149 inhabitants as of the Canada 2021 Census, making it the second most populated in the RCM.

Farnham is a small town on the Yamaska River that has maintained its Loyalist identity and an attractive downtown area.
